For those of you wishing to be part of the 'welcoming party' for Karolina Dean, please stop by my office in the next few hours. We will be putting together some things to make her transition as smooth as possible, and any and all help would be appreciated (both by myself and Karolina, I'm sure).

A special note to anyone particularly inclined towards baking: cookies always make a very good welcoming gift.
