I woke up this morning feeling ill, though those of you in the infirmary will be glad to know that the cause is not viral or bacterial. Upon turning on the National Weather Service channel I have been informed that the area around Kansas and Missouri seems to have been hit with an extremely heavy snowstorm. They are predicting quite a bit of precipitation, and if you ask me, their estimates are rather conservative.

For those of you that complain about the winter weather in any way, shape, or form - be glad that you do not live in the Midwest. Now I am off to try and find something to do that will distract me from this feeling of 'ick' - distractions are welcome.
